  Words can not express how happy I was last week when I went to pick up my redesigned, one of a kind, beautiful wedding ring that Tony created for me !!!!! I wanted to update my wedding ring for my 30 year wedding anniversary, but was uncertain as to what I really wanted. My ring was a marque cut in a yellow gold setting. I wanted something original but had to stay within a certain budget. After looking at several options with Tony and Suzanne, Tony suggested rotating my original diamond to a horizontal position and dropping it into a new white gold setting. The new ring is stunning !!! The way Tony created it makes the diamond look bigger and more brilliant. It looks completely different. I have been a customer for over thirty years and have always had a positive experience when visiting the store. Whether it is for repairs, purchasing a gift for myself or others or just to browse, I have been treated very patiently and very much like a valued customer . The entire staff works together to make you happy. Thanks Lisa, Suzanne, Joe and most especially Tony for your time, patience, kindness, craftsmanship and expertise !!

  Stopped by here to get my bracelet adjusted for my wedding, which was only two days away. A very nice lady that worked there removed two links for me to make it smaller. It fit perfectly after that! Not to mention, she did this for free and then they cleaned my ring. The bracelet looked beautiful on my wedding day and my ring was sparkling and shiny! Great customer service here and I would definitely go back for any of my jewelry needs.

  Would highly recommend! Went in without much knowledge of diamond engagement rings, Tony walked me through everything with great detail teaching me how to look for different characteristics within a diamond and wouldn't continue until i was able to see what he saw. Fast and flawless service and they work within the time frame you give them.
